About this flavour
This is the Toroon for dark chocolate lovers. Whole hazelnuts are roasted until fragrant, folded into a dark chocolate nougat and set between two layers of crisp wafer. Our nougat is made the family way, with marshmallows instead of cooked honey and sugar.
Every bag is handmade in small batches in Toronto from Nonna Maria's family recipe, then cut into 18 pieces. Serve them with espresso after Sunday lunch, bring them to a dinner party, or keep a bag hidden for yourself.
